How do I purchase Newcastle Knights tickets?

Tickets to Newcastle Knights home games are purchased via Ticketmaster.

You can purchase tickets online, over the phone or in person.

In person: McDonald Jones Stadium, 294 Turton Road, Broadmeadow. Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm or find your closest retail outlet here

Ticketmaster is the only licensed ticketing agent for Newcastle Knights tickets. Do NOT purchase tickets from any other retailer such as Viagogo as authenticity cannot be guaranteed.

Are there any fees?

A transaction fee applies to call centre, internet and Ticketmaster outlet bookings on a per transaction basis.

Call Centre Transaction Fee: $8.30

Internet Transaction Fee: $4.75

Outlet Transaction Fee: $7.05

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Tickets can be purchased at the gate, however we always recommend pre-purchasing tickets to avoid disappointment and queues.

There is no transaction fee however an $8.00 surcharge applies to all tickets purchased at the gate.

What type of tickets are available?

Tickets are available in reserved seat categories (Category 1, Category 2 and Category 3) and general admission (North Hill – Family Friendly/Unlicensed and South Hill – Licensed).

How do I use my membership discount when purchasing tickets?

To unlock your member discount, enter your Membership Number in the “Enter Offer Code” box on the Ticketmaster page for your selected game.

Knights Member pricing will then be unlocked (you may need to scroll down to view it), next to a green or orange padlock and you must select this price code for it to apply.

Your Membership number can be found on your membership card, on your MyKnights account or by calling the Membership team on 1300 465 644.

How do I purchase tickets at the discounted rate for a family of 2 adults and 2 children?

For General Admission tickets, you can select 4 x “Family of 4 (Price per ticket)”.

For reserved seating, the best way to purchase 4 seats is to zoom in on your preferred available seat. Select the price code “Family of 4 (Price per ticket)”, continue this for 4 seats in the arrangement available.

I have pre-purchased a ticket and selected Venue Pickup, where do I go?

You must visit any Ticketmaster Box Office at McDonald Jones Stadium where they will print your ticket. You will need photo ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. This is separate to our Membership service window.

I would like to purchase a ticket but need accessible seating?

What if I have a group of 10 or more people wanting to attend a game?

Please visit our Group Ticketing page. Groups of 10 or more qualify for our group booking discount of up to 30%. The more people you bring, the more you save.

How will I receive my tickets?

Once tickets have been allocated, they will be available to download as a digital e-Ticket from your MyKnights account. Notifications will be sent via email and SMS.

What happens if my ticket is lost or stolen?

Contact Ticketmaster on 136 100 immediately to have your ticket reissued. If this happens on your way to or at McDonald Jones Stadium, visit a Ticketmaster Box Office to have your ticket reprinted. You will need to present photo ID.
