Home Game Access
Home game attendance for the 2024 season.

Your Home Game Access allows you to attend all Home Game Fixtures for the 2024 Season! With your Home Game Access, you can choose your seat and reserve it for the entirety of the season. Alternatively, you can choose our General Admission, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere on our North and Southern Hills.

Flexible Game Access
Attend some home games, but not all.

Our Flexible Multiple Game memberships get you to 3 or more home games. Seats and General Admission available. If you can’t commit to the full season, enjoy flexibility with one of our Multiple Game Memberships.

Away Game Access
Perfect for the out-of-state.

Access Newcastle Knights games in enemy territory. Knights fanatics living in enemy territory can choose from 3 Knights tickets to Sydney games, 2 Knights tickets to a Queensland game, or 2 Knights tickets to a Canberra or Melbourne game (Southern).

NRLW Membership
Show your support for our NRLW team!

NRLW memberships are available now! Lock in access to attend every home game, support from afar or purchase the NRLW Upgrade product to show your support for both teams.

Supporters
Attend some home games, but not all.

Love the Knights but can’t attend games? Be part of the club with a Supporter Membership. These Memberships are non-ticketed but still include many great Knights benefits.

Who qualifies for Concession?

Concession status applies if you have a Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card or are a full-time student aged 19 and over. Your date of birth and Concession Card number must be provided when purchasing a Concession Membership. Appropriate proof of Concession status is required for entry into the ground. Concession prices are not available to Senior Card holders or the unemployed.

How old do I have to be to qualify for Youth Membership?

To be eligible for a Youth Membership, you must be under the age of 19 as of 1 March (in the year of the season). Your date of birth must be provided when purchasing a Youth Membership.

How old do I have to be to qualify for Junior Membership?

To be eligible for a Junior Membership, you must be under the age of 16 as of 1 March (in the year of the season). Your date of birth must be provided when purchasing a Junior Membership. Note: Children under the age of 3 can be admitted to McDonald Jones Stadium free of charge, however they must not take up a seat.

What does a Family Membership consist of?

Family Memberships consist of 2 adults and 2 juniors (under 16 as of 1 March in the year of the season). Individual names and dates of birth must be provided for each junior.

I have a child under the age of 4. How much does it cost to bring them to a game?

Children under the age of 4 can be admitted to McDonald Jones Stadium free of charge, however they must not take up a seat. If you have a reserved seating, this means the child will have to sit on your lap.

How does the Auto Renewing Payment Plan work?

Members who purchase their Membership with a Visa or Mastercard will be enrolled in our Auto Renewing Payment Plan. This means your Membership will automatically roll over each season.

When can I expect my Membership pack to be delivered?

We expect fulfilment to begin dispatch from early December.

How do I log in to my MyKnights (KnightsHub) Account?

You can log in to your KnightsHub account MyKnights account or from the homepage of https://knightshub.com.au.

In this account you can view your Membership details, make payments, update your details, and print or transfer tickets.

For first time users select "change your password" to change password to the account. If problems persist, please contact the Membership team on 1300 465 644 or e-mail membership@newcastleknights.com.au.

What is the refund and cancellation policy on Knights Membership?

Refunds are not available on Memberships purchased from the Club in ordinary circumstances. Membership applications will be processed as received and cannot be withdrawn. All cancellation and/or downgrade requests are at the discretion of the Club and required to be submitted in writing to membership@newcastleknights.com.au.

When new members would be able to select seats?

For new members, seat selection will be available from December 2023.
