About Match Day

Ticketing

Tickets will be sent electronically to the primary contact on the Monday before each home game. Attendees must present a printed or mobile ticket for scanning at entry. Tickets are transferable, although it is your responsibility to provide recipients with game day details, including dress regulations.

Cancellations within 10 days of the match will incur full catering costs, with no ticket refunds available.

Upon arrival, a host will welcome you and verify your tickets.

Subject to availability, car parking can be purchased through Newcastle Harness Racing Club:

Acceptable:

  • Tailored or polo shirts
  • NRL supporter wear
  • Tailored dress shorts, jeans, or long trousers
  • Closed in shoes or leather sandals

Unacceptable:

  • Singlets or thongs
  • Board shorts or tracksuit pants
  • Untidy, frayed clothing
  • Offensive slogans

The Western Grandstand and Eastern Grandstand each include a centrally located lift that is wheelchair accessible.

Location

The Captains Lounge is located on Level 2 of the Western Grandstand.

McDonald Jones Stadium has several entry points including the Northern, Southern and Main entrance turnstiles. The nearest access to the Captains Lounge is via the Main Entrance.

Western Suites

Location

Western Suites are located on Level 2 of the Western Grandstand.

RSA restrictions will be monitored and adhered to as per the venue liquor licensing in NSW.

How do I collect my Hospitality tickets?

For Season and casual packages, all tickets will be sent electronically to the nominated primary contact on the Monday prior to each home game. You will receive with your tickets a game Day Letter with all the information you need for the game, including dress code.

Tickets can be printed or scanned from a smartphone on game day.

Can I transfer my Hospitality tickets to someone else?

Yes, tickets may be transferred to other guests. It is your responsibility to provide them with game day information including dress regulations as well as the tickets prior to the game.

Can I purchase Hospitality tickets as a gift?

Yes, tickets to any round can be purchased and transferred as a gift (unless sold out prior). Please contact our Corporate Sales team on 1300 465 644 to purchase.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your tickets, please let us know 10 days before the selected home game. Corporate Box Tickets are not for resale value and will be cancelled if resold on public spaces for cash or other monetary items. Tickets are also not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Cancellation of tickets inside the 10 days will result in the charge of all catering costs associated with the purchase. No refunds on ticketing will be offered if within 10 days of the match.
