Build new foundations at the Newcastle Permanent Centre of Excellence
Cornerstones are central to the foundations of every significant building and are etched with the names of those who helped provide the base upon which great things are built. The foundations of the nib Newcastle Knights were forged from the very first days of the Club, which came into being ahead of the 1988 New South Wales Rugby League premiership season. From these humble beginnings, the Knights have played over 800 games including Grand Final victories in NRL 1997, 2001 and NRLW 2022.
A unique opportunity now exists for a limited number of just 35 Newcastle Knights supporters to build new foundations through the installation of Cornerstones at our new Newcastle Permanent Centre of Excellence facility. Each Cornerstone will be inlaid within the Newcastle Permanent Centre of Excellence foyer and will be a permanent fixture of the new facility. We invite you to join this distinguished group and play a direct role in advancing the development of pathways infrastructure and operations on this important site.
All funds raised from the sale of Knights Cornerstones will be reinvested into the Club’s male and female pathways programs, through the development of an enclosed field and grandstand. This will benefit rugby league players from Newcastle and Hunter Region for generations to come by providing them a dedicated home at the Newcastle Permanent Centre of Excellence.
