Frequently asked questions relating to Corporate Hospitality at McDonald Jones Stadium

General

COVID-19 Match Day Compliance

All ticket holders will undergo the following process upon entry at their nominated Entry Point:

• Present a ticket for scanning to gain access to the venue,
• Confirm to staff whether they have any COVID-19 symptoms,
• Confirm to staff whether they have come in to contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, and
• Confirm to staff whether they have been in quarantine in the past 14 days.

Those who fail to, report contact with COVID-19 cases or quarantine, are experiencing or displaying symptoms, or are otherwise unwell, will not be permitted entry.

McDonald Jones Stadium is a biosecurity controlled area, therefore care must be taken at all times to limit the risk of transmission of COVID-19, including social distancing guidelines of remaining 1.5 meters apart and 1 person per 4 square meters.

All ticket holders are to be reminded of personal hygiene procedures. Persons can best protect against this by:

• Washing hands properly and often, with soap and water,
• Using alcohol-based hand sanitiser when handwashing is unavailable,
• Covering sneezes and coughs with the elbow or a tissue, then washing or sanitising hands and discarding the tissue.

Ticketing Information

All ticketed attendees will have their ticket scanned on entry.

We ask that you display these on your smart phone or device, and refrain from printing to ensure zero contact.

These tickets will correspond to the contact details you have provided for the NRL Match Day Ticketed Attendee Register.

Entry for Western Grandstand Ticketing

Waratah Lounge, Captain’s Lounge, Western Corporate Suites, Sportsman’s Lounge, Sportsman’s overflow (Lambton Room)

All ticket holders must enter through the main gate entrance off Turton road and make their way to their facility in the Western grandstand.

Upon entry a host will welcome you, check your tickets and make you aware of the arrangements for the match.

 

Entry for Eastern Grandstand Ticketing

Triple M Lounge, Club Lounge (Premiership Lounge) Eastern Corporate Suites

All Eastern Grandstand ticket holders must enter through the Southern gate entrance, alongside the Hockey fields, and make their way to their facility.

Upon entry a host will welcome you, check your tickets and make you aware of the arrangements for the match.

Waratah Lounge

The Waratah Lounge is located on Level 2 of the Western Grandstand, towards the northern end.

Please note we will require you to quote your business name or the business you received your tickets from upon arrival.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence 45 minutes before kick off- including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be served.

RSA restrictions will be monitored and adhered to as per the venue liquor licencing in NSW.

The caterer will perform under an approved COVID 19 Safety Plan, whereby the service of food and beverages will be individually served to ensure compliance.

 

Captain’s Lounge

The Captain’s Lounge is located on Level 2 of the Western Grandstand, from the middle of the half way line.

The entry to the facility is to the south of the lounge where our friendly door hosts will greet you, check your ticket and lanyard and guide you to your allocated table.

Please note we will require you to quote your business name or the business you received your tickets from upon arrival.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence 45 minutes before kick off- including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be served.

RSA restrictions will be monitored and adhered to as per the venue liquor licencing in NSW.

The caterer will perform under an approved COVID 19 Safety Plan, whereby the service of food and beverages will be individually served to ensure compliance.

Western Corporate Suites

The entry to Western Corporate Suites 3 to 11 is located on the northern end of level 2 whilst suite 12 to 21 are located at the southern end.

Please note if your suites host is not present upon your arrival you are more than welcome to purchase food or beverage from level one before service commences.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence on arrival including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be served.

The caterer will perform under an approved COVID 19 Safety Plan, whereby the service of food and beverages will be individually served to ensure compliance.

Toshiba Sportsman’s Lounge

The Toshiba Sportsman’s Lounge is located on Level 2 of the Western Grandstand.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence on arrival including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be served.

Toshiba Sportsman’s Lounge (Lambton Room)

The Toshiba Sportsman’s Lounge (Lambton Room) is located on Level 2 of the Western Grandstand.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence on arrival including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be served.

RSA restrictions will be monitored and adhered to as per the venue liquor licencing in NSW.

The caterer will perform under an approved COVID 19 Safety Plan, whereby the service of food and beverages will be individually served to ensure compliance.

Open Air Boxes

The Open Air Boxes are located on Level 1 of the Western Grandstand.

Each box is separated by barriers and each barrier will have the box number clearly marked.

Please flag the attendant if you require additional beverages in your esky.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence on arrival including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be served.

Triple M 102.9 Lounge

The Triple M 102.9 Lounge is located on Level 2 of the Eastern Grandstand.

The room starts from the 40-meter line extending to the southern try line. Entry to this facility is via the southern stairwell or lift on Level 1.

Guests must quote their business name or the business they received their tickets from upon arrival to be seated correctly.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence 45 mins before kickoff, including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be served.

RSA restrictions will be monitored and adhered to as per the venue liquor licencing in NSW.

The caterer will perform under an approved COVID 19 Safety Plan, whereby the service of food and beverages will be individually served to ensure compliance.

Club Lounge (Premiership Lounge)

The Club Lounge Cash Bar (Premiership Lounge) is located on Level 2 of the Eastern Grandstand, from the middle of the half way line.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence on arrival including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be available for purchase via EFTPOS only.

RSA restrictions will be monitored and adhered to as per the venue liquor licencing in NSW.

The caterer will perform under an approved COVID 19 Safety Plan, whereby the service of food and beverages will be individually served to ensure compliance.

Eastern Corporate Suites

The Eastern Suites are located on Level 2 of the Eastern Grandstand.

Please note if your suites host is not present upon your arrival you are more than welcome to purchase food or beverage from level one before service commences.

Each ticketed attendee will enjoy food and beverage service, which will commence on arrival including one main meal and a half time pie and sausage roll combo, per person.

A range of beer, red and white wine, soft drinks and water will be served.
